"A&W Batu Kawan DT is easily one of the best spots for a quick and satisfying meal! The food is always fresh the signature root beer float and crispy waffles are my absolute favourites. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere for both dine-in and drive-thru customers. The staff here are friendly, attentive, and always serve with a smile, which makes the experience even better. Service is fast and efficient even during peak hours. "Very cool experience visiting an A&W outside of the USA! I was bummed that they didn't have the cheese curds. The mozza burger was delicious and the curly fries were tasty and on par with curly fries in the US. For dessert I got the waffle with one scoop of ice cream and strawberry topping. The waffle was big and warm and I'd definitely get this dessert again."

"It was quite okay, the food was just nice though it took some time to receive the order. This outlet is kind of smaller in space and the arrangement of the tables seems to be awkward and quite close to each other. This outlet have Drive Thru."

"as good as other A&W. Coney Dog remains my favourite since the price is less than RM1 back in early 90's. But this outlet need to hire more staff to clear the tables"
